Refund policy

  • All Sales are Final. Due to Sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns nor exchanges. 
  • Once your package has been delivered & you have any damaged or missing item/s, you have 24 hours to contact us via email at HERMOSALASHCO@GMAIL.COM please provide full name, order number, & attached photos of damaged item/s.
  • After we confirm if item/s are damaged or have any issues store credit will be applied via email. Please note: If item/s are worn/used we can not issue store credit. 
  • If you have received an incorrect item please email us within 24 hours of receiving your package, and we will ship correct items immediately.
