- FAST SHIPPING! We ship your items the next business day.
- Once an order is placed we do not allow cancellations.
- Tracking updates on the USPS website may take up to 72 hours after shipping. Once we send your tracking number & your order has been shipped HLC is no longer responsible for lost or misplaced packages.
- Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported to your local USPS office directly. USPS (1-800-275-8777)
- Please double check your address before you place an order. If your package is returned to us for an incorrect address we will contact you immediately via email/text to verify new address, you will only be responsible for shipping cost since that fee is non-refundable.
